Red corn-flecked cornmeal made from heirloom red corn grown along the Gila River on the Gila River Indian Reservation in Arizona. The aroma of this cornmeal is indescribably delicious — rich, complex, and deeply flavorful. Substitute it for your usual cornmeal in any recipe: cornbread, muffins, polenta, dredge for meats, pie crusts, and puddings.

Grown and processed by Ramona Farms, owned by Ramona and Terry Button of the Akimel O'odham (Pima) people on the Gila River Indian Reservation in Arizona.  Ramona Farms has been a pioneering force in reviving traditional Indigenous crops since the 1970s.
