Horno Chicos are fire-roasted corn, cooked in traditional outdoor ovens for a smokey flavor. Prepared traditionally on Pueblo lands, they are perfect for stews, posole, beans and more. Sustainably grown, harvested and roasted with respect for land and culture.

Ingredients: 100% Fire Roasted Corn.

Suggested Uses: Simmer with beans and red chile for a traditional stew. Add to soups, stews and posole for a smokey roasted corn flavor. Rehydrate and sauté with onions, garlic and meat. Mix into casseroles or use as a hearty side dish.

Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
