Juniper Ash

Culinary juniper ash. A traditional ingredient in cooking among many Indigenous peoples of the southwest, culinary ash is used as garnish, to add flavor, or to fortify recipes with added calcium. We are proud to offer this Diné-made juniper ash.

All juniper branches are respectfully harvested and burned within Diné Bikéyah and packaged on Piipaash | O’odham territory, where Blue Corn Custom Designs, LLC is located.
