Hand-harvested Sitka spruce tips — the tender, bright-green new growth that emerges each spring — are cold-soaked to extract their unique flavor and nutrient-rich chlorophyll, then set into a delicate amber jelly. Sweet, floral, and gently citrusy with a subtle piney freshness unlike anything else on the shelf.

Spread on toast, swirl into cocktails, pair with hard or soft cheeses, or glaze over salmon and grilled meats.
